Print options
Colour, duplex, paper
We print on A4 paper with 80 g/m². You choose colour and print sides for each letter.
Black and white
The cheapest option for invoices, reminders and plain text letters. Coloured elements appear in greyscale.
Colour printing
CMYK printing for letterhead, logo and coloured graphics. For a standard letter, colour costs 5 coins more.
Double-sided
Front and back printed, so up to 188 instead of 94 pages fit into one letter. For a standard letter 2 coins extra; registered mail is always printed single-sided.
All prices by page count are in the price table for single letters.
* Starting price at the best coin rate; depending on the coin package €0.91 to €1.64 per standard letter.

How to prepare the PDF
For smooth enveloping and delivery, check the format, the address and the complete page count.
Format
A4 portrait, up to 20 MB; the system adjusts other page sizes automatically. Printed single-sided a letter holds 94 pages, double-sided 188.
Address field according to DIN 5008
The recipient address sits 20 mm from the left and 45 mm from the top edge, in a field of 85 × 45 mm (form B). Only then is it readable in the envelope window.
Your own letterhead
If your layout does not fit the window, add a cover page to your sender profile. The address is then printed on the cover page. It counts as an extra page: check the total page count and the price shown, including the cover page.
