Want to send mail online? Find the right way for your letter: within Germany, as registered mail or abroad. First check whether a printed file is enough or whether an original or an enclosure has to go with it.

Online instead of at the counter
Letters within Germany
For letters that should reach the recipient as a printed copy. Standard letters have no tracking number.

For these you still need a post office or a parcel service.
Buying stamps
We frank every letter ourselves, but we do not sell stamps for your own mail.
Cash and enclosures
We print your PDF. Money, cheques, originals or other enclosures do not go into the envelope.
From order to paper letter
A cut-off time instead of opening hours
The post office closes in the evening; with us, all that counts is when your letter arrives.
Upload around the clock
We accept letters in the evening, at weekends and on public holidays too.
Cut-off 4 pm
Whatever is uploaded on a working day before 4 pm (German time), we hand in at Deutsche Post the same day.
Delivered like mail from a branch
We hand a printed letter over to Deutsche Post. Delivery after that is separate from the time of the online order; a specific delivery day is not guaranteed.
